Creation

Psalm 98:7-9 "Let the sea resound, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it. Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy;let them sing before the Lord, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples in equity.

Psalm 93:3-"The seas have lifted up, O Lord, the seas have lifted up their voice;the seas have lifted up their pounding waves."

What is the verse? The one that says if we don't praise God, the rocks will cry out? That's what I see in these verses. Creation praises it's Creator all the time. With everything it does. How cool.

Two quick things from that. 1)Do we do the same? Do we praise God with everything we do? I know I haven't this week. It was a terrible week and instead of focusing on the hope I have, I let the week bog me down to tears. How do we praise God in that? Take the focus off ourselves and put it on God.

2)Next time you stand in awe at a sunset, a rainbow, the ocean. Something in nature that totally knocks you off your feet with the beauty of it, you are standing in awe of the Creator who made it. Give Him glory and praise.
